Oh my guudness. Gossip Girl writers (along with the writers of other tv series) go on strike. Boo! Just when yooh have the time to watch it and have nothing to do... this is waht happens. Oh well... the ending at epi13 or was it epi14?? Well, the last episode was kinda hanging... i was luukin forward to the next episode... i kept bugging sachie bout it, but still... to my dismay... no Gossip Girl episode.
Now don't get meeh wrong watching Gossip Girl... I always thought those tv series like buffy, charmed, and stuff were kinda girls and somehow overrated. But i enjoid watching Gossip Girl really. Started when sachie came over. She was using the PC so i was stuck with ditchie's lappy. Episodes of tV seriess were in it... I started watching around 8pm and I didn't stop until the last episode in the laptop... (episodes 1-13) that was like 4am i think... I dunt remember it being a skul day though. i dunt know... anyways, back to why i became fond of it. It just contained all sorts of issues present and relevant in our lives today... in one way or another that is. The structure of society shown in the tv series, is not that different from our very own society. Sure yooh have to THINK to really get it, but that's actually a guud thing. Issues like popularity, money, 'wanna be's, siblings, divorce, betrayal, hurt, and more... also the kind of friend S is to B is something to look up to. The choices that these teen agers in the tv series make, is something one can also reflect on... i really wish they uphold the strike and get on with the series. haha! x]
