Stroll Date

I woke up to Elwin's call. I waited for him to arrive and we'd have lunch here at home together. The weather wasn't looking too good, but I showered right after lunch. It took me quite a while to prepare, Elwin said he had fallen asleep from waiting for me. Sorry. x)


So it was drizzling and we rode the jeepney to SM. We got to SM at around 2pm I guess. We were to make the most out of it, we had until 4pm since I have a 4:30pm Saturday class (IT32: Logic Design).


So we went around. And I went back to check out So Fab! shoe shop. My grandmother gave me birthday money last week to buy two pairs of flats we saw at that store. I went and bought the white Fabiola flats, I didn't buy the blue one with the same design even though my grandmother gave me money for it as well. No more size 8, so I settled with size 7- satisfied!  


I had Elwin taste the ridiculously expensive hotdog sandwich from Monster Franks. I first tasted it with Mara, we shared on hotdog sandwich on Princess' graduation day. I think it was called Beef Frank, had onion, cheese, ketchup, mayo, mustard, pickle, and hot sauce. But I had my order done without pickles and mustard, extra cheese and onions. :) As expected, Elwin love it, but he hated the price though- 99php. We then walked to Taco's and I ordered a whole beef quesadillas and Elwin went at Liquidz to go buy our iced tea. :) It was a fun day just the two of us, enjoying our snacks. We clearly both missed times like that. 


After snack time, we strolled around some more. It was all about me window shopping, apparently Elwin enjoy's seeing me enjoy window shopping. Sweet! I know, right? :D I'm happy. lol. I wanted to buy some accessories, but the ones I had my eyes on were pricey. Expression of the day: "Are you kidding me?!" haha.


It was 4pm and we went on a jeepney ride to Ayala. When we got there, we had to transfer on a different ride. We got in another jeepney, one that would take me to school when Holly called, she said classes were suspended and dad was telling me to go get in a mall. We hurriedly got down from the jeepney which was about to go already. It was very windy and the weather wasn't looking good. Leaves flew pass me, others without missing my face. We got in the mall safe.


We strolled some more, and to my dismay, my classmates said classes were on. Good news: exam got moved to next week, bad news: we had an activity, no make up for that one. Boo! 

We strolled some more and I was able to buy a top from TopShop, 459php, Ewlin picked the color for me- pink. He wants me to wear the top on next Saturday's date. We also had Wild Rice. Elwin has been wanting to taste Wild Rice. We went around some more, I wanted to buy thick tights that could pass up as jeans, but I haven't found the right one yet. Elwin also tried on some gorgeous polo shirts, they didn't have his size though. I also bumped into Danica Sucalit in the dressing room. It was a bit awkward, she was carrying her baby and she kept saying to him "where's daddy? wehere's daddy?". I just heard from my dad that she now has a child (or so it's safe to assume).


Holly and dad picked us up at the Oh George pick up point. Holly had quite of a long day (afternoon), she wasn't in the best mood. x) But it was a bit funny. We gassed up and picked up mom, lola, and tita Inday from their novena thing and mass. Off to SM again for dinner at Chikaan. We saw Harrison Chiu there. It was nice to have dinner out with my family and boyfriend. :) We love the scallop at Chikaan.


After dinner, Elwin and I took a cab to McD I.T. Park to meet up with them Anne. When we got there, only Mara, Anne, and Fritz were there. Junel left to walk Princess to work. We went to La Marea for some dessert. Junel arrived after bringing Princess to work. We stayed a bit, had Brownie Cups and Sans Rival. After the chit chats we were homebound. Elwin stayed with Junel for a bit. Fritz drove Anne's car to main, to where his car was. He left with Mara and I drove Anne's car to my place.


It was a fun date with Elwin and a happy dinner with my family. It was nice seeing my friends for a bit. I am blessed, truly blessed. Thank you Lord.

Wild Rice

So today at our CS130: DataBase 1 class, our group reported. Thank you Lord I wasn't able to speak infront of the class. I know it's bad, being a member of the group, being the leader of the group, but I just couldn't do it. To even try and greet my classmates a good morning infront of the class was soooo hard already for me, how much more reporting. Thank you Isaac B. for saving our group. We're not close, but I'm thankful for what he did, reporting and preparing the whole presentation again.

I went to CDU with Theodore to have osme Wild Rice for lunch, also ordered take out for friends back in the Main Campus. Our order was a "special order" since they were already out of rice but Janet bought rice from another nearby stall for our orders. After eating, we helped her clean up by doing the dishes. We brought Janet home to change and dropped her off the Main Campus while Theodore and I went home to drop the car off. We took the jeepney to USC main. As we were walking to the Law Building, we bumped into Fritz and so he went with us. I brought the goodies and gave it to those I promised it to. They all shared with their friends and classmates. Too bad Mara missed out on the wild rice I brought though. :( 


Theodore later left with Puntual. Fritz and I were just there hanging by their green couch on the lobby place with Chang and Elvis popping out from time to time. I ranted to Fritz about my uncle J, haha! Sorry Fritz! We later decided to wait for Mara at the parking lot to go and check on Sky. Finally! I've been wanting to go to Sky. Sky was crying when we got to her. She was hungry, I went and bought Sky Flakes for her and met with Mara along the way.

We were in Fritz's car and off to Anney's! But Sky peed on Mara's lap, at the spot where a person looks like she peed in her pants. Boo. So I grabbed Sky from Fritz since he was driving. Mara still didn't resist Sky and got her back.

At Anney's we tried to hide Sky from her ama. It was a short stay. We went out as her father (Mr. George) arrived. We were on the rode when Fritz realized he left his glasses and so he made a quick U-turn. I went down to grab his glasses as they wait outside. Got it and we were off to my place. I got dropped off and they went home.

I thought I'd be out tonight. I was kinda looking forward for something to happen, but nothing did. Hmmm... maybe next time. I was home around 7pm, the good thing about that was I was sure my boyfriend would be happy I was home already. :)

First Day, First Sem 09-10

So I slept like uber late (a little over 5 am I think). I was up Twittering! LOL. Went and followed some celebrities and bloggers as well. Looking into learning something from them from time to time and getting hot topics to blog about from the celebs. I also am following Brandi Cyrus' blog now. She's a Christian too.

I lazily got out of bed and showered. Drove mom to her office, but we stopped by the bank first. I was early, I chose to be to saved on gas. Bad enough that I only have 1 class a day, all up to Saturday, such a waste of gas. Jeepney would be appropriate, but as most of my friends know, my parents won't allow that. After hanging out a bit behind my mom's desk, I decided to go to school early.


Today's first day outfit was:

Harvard Tee, straight cut jeans, pimples, and a goofy smile.

As I was approaching the school, seeing the outside filled with a lot of college students (and some in uniform), it was so much different from the empty school we've been going during summer and enrollment days. The new guard by the middle gate is friendlier than the old guard, we exchanged smiles as I entered the campus and he checks my ID and car baggage.

I was walking towards the new building, from the outside I could see how packed it was, students loitering here and there, long lines for admission, and freshmen who seem to be lost. I remember how intimidating my 1st year of college was. *cringe*

I went up the new place for all CS-IT-ICT-ACT students, the fourth floor Engineering building. Passed by the ramp and got an early morning exercise somehow, also "danced" with a guy for about 5 seconds- that was awkward. Up the fourth floor I met with Choodur, Sasis, and Manny. We sat for a while after that we decided to go to the SMED building to check on the dissolved subjects. And yet it was another exercise. Why did they have to place our department all the way up there? Even if it's temporary, it's such a hassle. But who am I to complain right? On the way there, the 1st girl friend I saw was Charina. Finally a girl with a familiar face.

We arrived at the department, and staff was not helpful at all. I wanted to enroll in German or French class but the scheds posted up were 06:30-07:30pm. I went in to ask for new open scheds on those subjects since it was adjustment week after all, and the scheds are probably shared and open already (open market). I asked and she said the scheds are as posted, if I wanted a different sched I'd have to go to the Language department at the Main Campus and have them open or share the sched. What a hassle! Obviously she doesn't want to help me. I mean there was a phone on her desk, can't she just pick it up and call them up? Unhappy with her reply to my query, I left the room. I checked the time, it was 9:40am. I was late for my 9:30am class IT126. I told Choodur and Manny we should head back, Sasis stayed behind with his girlfriend Josie.

Room LB485TC- the men's comfort room?! The last room was LB484TC and next to it was the men's comfort room. Weird. We went around the whole floor in search for the non-existent room. We even asked some school personnel, they had no idea either. Luckily we found a group of people (most from the lower year) hovering around a guy. He had the attendance sheet for our class! Attendance checked and nothing left to do in school, well except claim my admission. Line was very very very long, Noj was there and I talked to him for a bit. I decided I'd get my admission slip some other time. It was also getting hotter because it was very crowded.

I went looking for the Datalogics booth, it seemed so abandoned and was hiding behind all the other booths. Sad. Drove Manny and Choodur up to the CAFA building and then I was off to meet with Elwin at Cmall.

Matia's time! Ordered 8 pork barbecue and 1 chorizo, 7 puso. 2 barbecues we didn't finished and had doggy-packed. Added extra 10 barbecue for dad and Dereli at home, but turns out the already ate. Dropped off 4 barbecue for mom too before I headed home.

Turned on my laptop to get a bit of work done, Twittered and then took a nap (at least I planned for it to be a nap). Slept with Miggers. :)

My yaya woke me up, and I asked her "Nganung imu man ko gipukaw?" (translated: "Why are you waking me up?") I thought it was time for snacks but NO! She said it was dinner time. I was asleep from around 3 to past 7pm. Wow. But that's not a real shocked though, to those who know me long enough. I'm a heavy sleeper.

 this day started wen i woke up by myself... oki not by myself bt because of the phone ringing... it was princess' wake up call [tenks] den i sorta went back to shleep bt suddenly d alarms of d cellphones  went on... ahaha  so i woke up finally.. faced d comp and turned it on... anney had called d nyt before askin meeh a favor to search nd print piano tabs for canon and minuet [dt ryt??] bt i remembered wen i turnd off the comp and laid down... so i resolved to do it in the mornin... i ddnt find the canon though nd der were two kinds of minuet so i printed both...  den i showered... d phones kept ringing and soon everyone [dad, meeh, sis] was annoyed... txtd wd anney dt i couldnt go der wd yaya coz i forgot d ader one is on vacation... so as i was bout to go down and check wd my dad after checkin if der were any jellos left.. anney came...  after two weeks?? of not seeing each other... ahaha..  yeah... the Lord provided transpo! tenkyooh! anney's driver was der coz turns out my dad wasnt home nymore... [he's such a busy man xD] 

after anney picked meeh up... i felt so weird... her cousin em-em was der... and abloy too... we went to fooda for grocery... we needed to buy ingredients for mango pandan nd smethin for my sis... we met emmie there too.. there were no pandan leaves so we paid for the stuff we got nd some chips... we bought mangoes near caltex... after that we headed to fooda in mango... we saw the same guys from the fooda in guadalupe [the guys also noticed coz i heard dem tokin in tagalog]... we wer der and dey sed dey ddnt have nymore pandan leaves [wat was ds? a bad start to d day?? ] but then they sed dey nly have the ones dt were'nt so fresh but it still wud serve its purpose... ate em checked it nd she sed twas oki.. so we bought two of it along wd ice cream [kofi krumble NOT kukis and krim LoL!] ... [ whew.. tenkyooh Lord! ]

off to anney's house we went.. emmie nd i wer dealin wd d mango nd anney nd ate em wd d pandan.. wd prnz on d fne coz she was bored... LoL!  we wer done wd d mangoes nd dey wer thru wd d pandan... we had to wait for d pandan to freeze so we went to anney's rum nd watched BLUE'S CLUES  yep, boy we enjoyed dt! [ryt Luy? xD LoL!] 

Lunch tym.. anney's ama came... we blessed her to show respect of course.. nd we ate... anney was tellin her ama she shudnt eat lechon.. bt der was no tellin her ama... after stuffing ourselves, we excused ourselves and went in anney's rum agen.. we waited for d pandan to gelatinize... d waiting was over and we finishd our work... wyL we wer doin this.. anney's ama was furious wd d maid hu ddnt knw how to kuk or smethin... well nyways.. twas a fun stay but we had to hurry to princess' place coz jereeh was already der and der was lil tym to spend...

...on the way to princess' house we dropped by my house to drop off some stuff and some mango pandan for dad nd sis... dey also sorta visited my sis coz she was sick. so yea we hurried back nd to princess' house we were...

there we wer... and jereeh was just sittin der nd accross him was prnz.. so we prepared.. although we just had lunch i wanted to cook.. i had brought wd meeh corned beef [jalopeno..spicy mmm] nd tuna [flakes in oil].. i cooked d corned beef wd the help of jereeh who apparently kuks... after that was over we decided to let emmie deal with the tuna.. she microwaved it... after that we ate... den we had mango pandan.. we gave the 2 other guys hu was there too nd princess' helper and her mum... after that.. shtan, anney, and i wer washin the dishes wyL emmie and prnz prepared the DVD and ice cream...  too bad jereeh had to leave for a prayer meeting.. jush wasnt able to go and timmy is still in surigao and he'd be back nov. 3... 

after all the chores... we watched 'corpse bride' wyl takin random pics of one another... ahaha  it was fun... we wer all crazeeh and stuff... after that we saw some scary parts of a movie.. shtan nd i wer scared.. although i screamed a lot.. i still think i'm braver den shtan coz he wouldn't really luk at the tv... anney's driver was waitin awtside.. a few mins later my sis was knokin on the door.. off i went... 

to the cempark... it wasnt as crowded as before.. dad said we must've adopted western culture.. dey visit for awyl then leave.. filipinos before stay for hours.. sometyms even stay overnyt.. never tried that though... aahaha  after cempark... we went MATIA's! weeHOoo~ bBq rock dude!  ahaha.. i was once again stuffed... after that we had drive thru ice creams in jobido guadalupe.. dropped mum off nd picked up gas from the house... we went to guadalajara... dad dropd d gas der to some person and we passed by our old house... i miss dt place.. bt it was so so much different now.. dad saw and old neighbor and dey tokd for awyl nd dey sed how sad dey wer wen we left and how come dad dsnt visit dt often.. dt lady was nice... to give yooh an idea of wer i used to live... twas by nikko's house.. the american dudes james and michael.. and the tall francis huerte.. i remember i use to buy candies from there store.. and i recall some moments ridin wd nikko to skul... although i ddnt really know them xD LoL! well... dt was wer i use to live... bt soo diff now... oh well~ tym does change things... hope it doesnt change waht i have with my speacial christian friends... 

gez i'll end it der... coz all i did wen i got home were d usual...

well.. it's 3.09.. gots practice tom.. i mean later 9.30 in beverly hills wd d whole class for english presentation.. buhbye! i end this hir...
