My Tears Woke Me Up

I dreamt of my cousin Ryan today. I've been wanting to dream of him to say my goodbyes.

My uncle Pitong, mom, dad, and I were in my parents' room. We were talking about Ryan and everything was still so fresh. I asked my uncle questions about his son Ryan. My mom and dad left the room and it was only me and my uncle. I remembered how dad said he was trying to reach Rupert (Ryan's older brother) to tell him the news that his little brother's gone now, and to check on him as well. My dad was taken aback that after a few rings the call went to voice mail and it was Ryan's voice he heard. Rupert probably gave his old number to Ryan. And so desperately wanting to hear Ryan's voice once more, I asked my uncle if I could call his number and if recording was still on there. My uncle dialed the number and gave me his phone. I listened, but the noisy background was covering up his voice, but his voice was there and that was good enough for me. I asked my uncle if he'd keep his recording on there forever, my uncle broke down and cried. I felt sorry for asking all those questions. 

Later was a road trip with cousins. We were in a car, maybe a Tamaraw FX or Pajero? And Rupert, I think, was driving. I was sitting at the back seat with Sachie Candy and other cousins. I was eating and ranting on about Ryan when suddenly, Sachie pointed to the front seat saying Ryan was there. I looked over, and there he was, that pretty face I missed, my lovely cousin Ryan. I was shocked and I was asking how this could be. Didn't he just take his own life? Weren't we just grieving over his death? Didn't I just see his father break down when we talked about his son who passed away?

They were explaining but none of the things they said could get through me. My own thoughts were too loud and were occupying me. All I could grasp were the last few words "basta wala nadayun..." (but he wasn't able to push through... ) I was very thankful and delighted but I stopped myself from feeling all that when I saw the expression on my other cousins' faces. "Dayunun gihapun diay niya?" (He's still going to go through with it?) And my cousin Sachie Candy said yes, and Ryan, with a very straight and certain face also said yes. Ryan, as I know him, is the type of guy who'll do what he wants and once he makes a decision, it's most of the time for certain. Plus, not to mention his pride.


I looked around, still with the bowl of food in my hands, I suddenly cried. I broke down, cried, and begged inside the cramped car. I cried so wildly, desperately, begging him with all of me not to go through with it. My cousins looked at me with their puzzled faces and I cried out, "Magmahay nia ku if dili naku siya hangyuon, kahibaw ku magmahai jud ku. Ryan please ayaw nalang, please. PLEASE!!! PLEASE!!! PLEASE!!!" (I might regret it if I don't beg him not to do it, I know I'll regret it. Ryan please don't do it. PLEASE!!! PLEASE!!! PLEASE!!!). And Ryan's very certain look turned to certain, and I could slowly see certainty fading away from his face. Certainty didn't fully fade away, it did a bit but it was still there. I was half awake by now because my heart and chest were aching and my head was also aching and the tears in my eyes were just about to pour. I fought back waking up to go back to the dream to see Ryan again and beg even more, beg harder. I was returning from dream to reality to dream to reality to dream and finally, reality. My tears poured in heavy, and I was awake now. 

As I was typing this entry, my face was wet with tears until the tears dried off. Now that I'm closing this entry, I'm about to cry again. It felt so real, my begging him to stay was real, and now the aching and longing for my cousin Ryan to come back is prevailing again. My throat hurts because I'm holding in a loud cry. 

Ryan, wherever you are, I hope you read our letters for you. I hope you see how real these tears are and how sincere are love for you is. I love you forever and until after forever. I miss you very much. I love you, I love you. See you soon, okay?

Blessings Early in 2010

Blessings so far:

* New Year - Hello 2010
* Found a planner for me - will be arriving in a week or two, it's a Starbucks planner Malaysian Ed.

* Stronger relationship with my boyfriend - just falling deeper

* My mom's mamogram turned out good - I assume this because I've heard nothing bad when we got the results back

* I am still earning somehow - although I have to fight and battle against laziness

* I'm getting a new RAM - soon, I just have to get out there and buy it

* My blog is alive as ever

* We are all healthy

* Our new garage just got done

* Two new commercial spaces we will have for rent is shaping up

* AND MY SISTER JUST GOT A 10-YEAR US VISA!!! Oh yea~ and my parents already got their 10-year VISA two years ago I think.

A few blessings, and more to count. :)

God is good, all the time. And all the time, indeed God is good. :)

Yesterday Elwin spent Sunday with us. It wasn't his first time spending Sunday with me and my family, but it was a first that he went to church with us. I left with him the claim stub for mom's pants which she had altered at Magic Fit. Clumsy me, so boyfriend came to the rescue and got it for me at Ayala and got here early, before we left for church. We had my aunt's Fettuccine for snacks and we were off to church, Alliance of Two Hearts. we went on the afternoon mass since my mom wasn't able to wake up early, so it follows that I wasn't up early as well.

After church we went to Carmelite's and then to Ayala. Dad did groceries and Mom had her nails done. Elwin and I went to Taco's to grab some grub. Elwin was so sweet as to offer to bring my mother the food she ordered which was all the way down to the 2nd basement. I waited at Taco's all the way at 3rd floor and Holly arrived with her Seattle's Best food. Not later Elwin came back and we enjoyed the usual order.

We went around after eating. I thought of getting a DS for myself because I saw one in a cute blue green color and DS always struck me as a more kid-friendly gadget whereas PSPs are more for teenagers. But I'll still think about that, don't want to jump into something I know too little of. Also we went around looking for headphones for my sister and RAM for my laptop. Yes, I haven't yet got it, but mom gave me the money now. New RAM, real soon.

We had dinner at FoodChoices, the usual sizzling love. And then a bit more going around and Holly got new headphones, 600++php. Dad wasn't for it, but it was my sister's money to spend. After that, Elwin had to part with us as we headed down to basement parking. It was a pretty good Sunday. It's always a good day with Elwin, all the more with him plus my family. :)

Monday -- School just came too soon. Research1 was a less than 30 minutes and IT121 was a no show, after waiting 2 hours. Oi! Then OS was attendance only, and so I decided to ditch the rest of the day because of the 2-hour break and most likely no show teachers. It was not nice to leave Elwin in school, it would have been nice to just hung out with him since there was no class, but I was way too sleepy. Stupid me slept late again because I slept in during the afternoon. So there, also I though I'd be able to accompany my dad in bringing my sister and mom to the airport, but I just slept in again from around 1++pm to 6++pm. And now 11:20pm I'm still up. When will I learn? You tell me. :p

Mom and sister are off to Manila for my sister's interview tomorrow for a renewal of VISA. Please help pray she gets her VISA. I prayed hard that the interview will go on smoothly and that the Holy Spirit be with my sister and mother all through out. Now, it's in God's hands-- He'll surely now what's best for us all.

And an update on my flying off to States, I'm confused whether to fly in during summer or stay for summer classes and fly after. I'll surely have to prepare flying in Miggy. It will all fall into place early enough, I hope. Tomorrow another school day I will dread and am just not used to just yet. Oi! Physics, you are a prick.

My Year Ending Post.

[Okay, so I totally ripped off the title from Elwin's blog entry. HAHA.]

I rushed to Fooda to buy ingredients for Black Sambo dessert. I somehow kept calling it Black Samba. The grocery was packed and the lines were long, I see a lot of people were doing last minute errands as well. My sister and I finished surprisingly quick though. Thank God. 

So while waiting for my mother last night to finish bonding with her friends, my dad, sister, and I were at Starbucks. I was scanning through Foodie Mag, the cookbook magazine and took photos of some ingredients. Culinary has always been close to my heart. I remember watching Rachel Ray's cooking show and others of the like. I remember buying the cute orange apron, that wooden chopping board, and taking a baking session at Caro and Marie. If only we had a better kitchen. Anyways, so I thought of making Elwin something for New Year. :)

I researched online the ingredients for Black Samba but mom said she had her own. It took time before she found it so we were able to go purchase the ingredients at around 3:30pm. Elwin was already on his way to our house. By the time he got to our house, I was done with one layer. But I messed it up! I didn't used hot water. Thankfully we had spare ingredients so I had to start over. 

Elwin made Mango Float and he brought over some to our place. It was the best tasting one, no kid. :D Even Holly commended his Mango Float. I was still going nuts over trying to make the Black Samba work. I told Elwin to tell his family we just bought it, in case it tasted bad. 

Mom said it was like we were exchanging gifts, him with his Mango Float and me with my Black Samba. My Black Samba however was far from perfect. The taste of his Mango Float was delectable. 

So I'm thankful Elwin had dinner over at our place with my dad, mom, sister, and three aunts (goco, saco, laku). I couldn't imagine any better way of spending our last dinner for the year 2009. 

2009 was full of ups and downs. I enrolled in three different Universities for this year, took and entrance exam 4 times, went out and open to my family about my relationship with Elwin, had Phoebe as an addition to our family and keep Miggy company, met up with old friends (elementary and high school), and faced new challenges like enrolling without my dad and going around downtown on my own. So I guessed I can say I'm a bit more independent than I used to be. I'm not fully there yet, but I'm surely getting their.

Cheers to 2009, for the blessings, the challenges, the friends, family, dramas, and all others. 

Let's usher in 2010 with a big smile on or face, a heart full of love and hope, and with the belief that things will only get better. God has a lot of great plans for each of us this 2010, I believe.

Out With the Siblings

So yesterday I was finally able to go malling with Elwin's little siblings. I haven't seen them in the longest time. They rode the jeepney to Ayala Mall (I could imagine how that was for Elwin). And I went with my sister. We met up at KFC to grab some grub. 

After KFC and Comfor Lounge, Holly separated with us to meet up with her friends. So it was me, Elwin, AC, and Yan2. We went to Metro Gaisano kids' department to buy AC and Yan2 Christmas presents. I bought AC a cute barbie purse which is all glittery and Elwin bought her a wallet. We already bought Yan2 his gift (boxing set thinger) so Elwin only got him 1 Pokemon mini action figure thing. Elwin was also able to buy something for his mami (grandmother). We bumped into Santa and took some photos of the kids with him. He was giving away candies. After that we bought stuff for Rhiann, our god daughter. We packed it and dropped it off at Shakey's where JR (Rhiann's father) was working at. We also had our snacks #2 there. Slush for the kids after their meal and we met up with Holly. Photos by the mall Christmas tree and they were of to go home. They were supposed to be home by 7pm but I think it went over 7. So after they left, Holly and I went around a bit looking for something to buy for dad. We bought mum a mug from Starbucks. We also gave her s Starbucks mug the last time. I think this will be more than the 5th time I'm giving her a cup or mug of some sort. She's just fond of those things. Starbucks also had Serendipity to serenade their guests for that night. As for dad's present, we eyed on a book and magazine. We resolved to Holly buying on the 23rd when she goes out with her friends, in case something better comes up. :p

Yehoo~ I'm excited for updates on this one for sure! :) I checked it out before I went to bed early in the morning. I wanted to comment but I can't seem to. =/ 

Anyhoo. I've got to get ready now. Off to Ayala with Elwin and his little brother and sister and me with my sister. I hope we get to do our Christmas shopping for the 'rents. And I hope we get to watch Avatar! :) If not today, tomorrow perhaps?

Sick.

I've been sick since Monday or Tuesday night I think. I felt this lump in my throat and when I woke up in the morning it was awfully dry and it did hurt to swallow. I had a cold sore in my mouth also from Saturday I think. I was removing my retainers that Friday night and it got hooked on my lower lip and wounded it somehow, it bled and the next morning I woke up- viola! There it was, the cold sore staring me right back at the mirror. It got bigger by the way, until Wednesday when my throat got all weird. Happy to report the cold sore is gone now.

[okay so while I was typing I was all "sh*t", I normally don't cuss but I panicked! My right foot cramped. And I just hate that! Even though it doesn't last that long, it scares the crap out of me! I mean the nerves get all weird and it feels like it's all tied up and it's just AAHHHH!]

So, for catching up's sake, I'll go by what happened for the past few days since I'm feeling better somehow. I've been trying to use my "sickness" as an excuse to put off blogging but I'm still facing the laptop watching shows and streaming movies. :p 

December 4 - Friday

So I've had this TGIF coupon worth 1000php right? A birthday gift from my good friends. They wanted Elwin and I to have a fancy dinner date. So that Friday we used it. I had dinner with my family and my boyfriend. My parents paid the excess amount of course.

Dinner wasn't as amazing as you'd think and expect it would be. You'd think since they charge triple the price from other fine dining restaurants like Mooon Cafe or Casa Verde- you'd be in for something amazing, but I quote my mom- "It's nothing special". It did however, pretty much reminded us of American food, but that was no shocker. But we all didn't regret trying out the place. We spent over 2500php there, just 5 of us. I don't think I'm going back there.

There was this saying on the frame which had a photo of a dead artist on it and I liked what it said, it might have been from one of his songs- "So long the journey there, so short the stay." It totally reminded me of the "bugsay" (rowing) sessions we had at Agta, Leyte. 2 hours rowing over there and we stayed for about 10 minutes to 15, and another 2 hours to row back. No photos, no proof that it did happen- just our funny memories.

December 6 - Sunday

Mom went Christmas shopping at SM and my sister and I almost went coo coo from hanging around. But eventually we got to do a little shopping of our own. All I got was a jacket and a little purse or pouch thing though, I didn't really feel like digging into the items.

After having Elwin wait for a little over an hour, we got to Ayala and finally met. I was able to give him his SAD book and we had snacks together at Taco's. After that Holly called us up and told me that we should catch up with them at Metro Cafe to eat. And so we ate yet again! :) That was dinner- some fancy spag for Elwin and some fancy-named ribs for me. But of course I wasn't able to finish it up so Elwin had to save me from that. 

December 7 - Monday

We met Kyle's girlfriend- Marga. Elwin and I ran late since Elwin still had classes up to 8:30pm and we were to meet at 7pm. When we got there, they were done eating. 

It was their first month mark as a couple and we finally got to see who she was. She reminded me of Kristyl B. on her appearance, and the way she talks reminded me of Emmie T. Princess agrees with both of the observations I've made and Kyle only agreed on the latter. 

Dinner at Matia's. The usual awesome place. Sad news is they've increased their prices by a peso- but still, it does matter especially for students like us. (Except Princess and Junel- no longer students. *wink*) Kyle says we'd have to find a new cheaper place to dine at soon. But I still love their barbecues.

We also discussed Christmas party plans. After Matia's, Emmie and Stan went home and we went to IT park since I was craving for ice cream. I had me some Oreo McFlurry (which I mistakenly keep calling SwirlyBitz. WTH?!) Dropped them off and Elwin accompanied me home. I was home around 11 on a school night and dad wasn't happy. But hey, my Tuesday class doesn't start 'til 12noon.

December 8 - Tuesday

A day I don't really want to talk about. first time I ever missed class for this semester. My auntie Anne had her baby and it's another boy! :) And half-jokingly I told my mom to ask the baby from her since she already had two boys and a girl- and as always my mom answered "Unsa na?! Baktin?" (What do you think of the baby? A piglet?) Haha. It would be nice to have a brother, or another sibling for that matter. :)

December 9 - Wednesday

I was craving for freshly fried fish for lunch, but that didn't happen. Later I craved for Shakey's- but it just wasn't in our budget. I think my period is coming anytime soon since I'm craving for food. :) 

So it seems as though we wouldn't have our English class, Elwin and I left and went to Country Mall (the mall across the new school) to check out some fans my sister wanted me to buy for her, but I didn't find any good one. I also bought Shawarma for snacks and munched on it at the Food Court. 

After that mom text messaged me to meet them at Ayala. It was drizzling a little bit and so Elwin went with me  since he had a two hour break. we got to Ayala and ended up having dinner at Shakey's. Hooray! Elwin got to eat before he left for school. It's always nice to have my boyfriend join me and my family for a meal. 

December 10 - Thursday

Math quiz I wasn't prepared for, but hopefully I make the 70% passing mark. 

Went with Harrison C., Jokas R., Daren O., and Elwin to have Jerseys done. I ordered one for myself as well. Elwin and I both chose number 16 for obvious reasons. :) The joy-ride back to school in Daren's car was fun too. 

December 11- Friday

I was too lazy to even try and get up to shower. I couldn't imagine driving to school. A good day I chose to be absent since there weren't any classes due to Teacher's day celebration. I missed our research group meeting though, but my group mates understood. I e-mailed them my contribution and I hope it was of use.

Stayed home all day- no shower! Had my massage sessions and now I'm blogging. the bad thing about today- aside from me being lazy, I didn't get to see Elwin. Poo. hopefully tomorrow, love. :) I miss you already.

To whoever is reading: I'm sorry this is a long post. No one forced you to read it, but if you did- thank you from the bottom of my heart. It is much appreciated. Especially if your name is Elwin. :)

Don't Kiss and Tell

Today started with me reading the newspaper. Poor Ondoy victims, I can't imagine not helping. Send in donations fellow Cebuaonos! :D There are a lot willing to help, a lot of drop off points for donations. It's really heart-warming yeah?

So IT126's suckish exam. Boo! I was able to answer part two of the exam. The first part, I only managed to write down the function header. 1 hour wasn't enough for that mind-breaking exam!

I spoke with Oliver today, I was like "Ollie, if ever, are you going for a third take on IT126? Cause I'm confused if I should just stop and go fly to the US or stay and continue..." he answered "This is my third take, next semester will be my fourth and yes, I think I'll be taking the subject the fourth time." (Okay so we spoke in dialect :p). Made me think a lot, it is only my second take, why am I so giving up easily? Others are on their fourth and fifth already but they're still fighting. I'd want to keep going, that's if my parents agree to me paying the school fees. I'll pray about that and propose to my parents the idea on Friday maybe? It's such a shame, I've been given the chance to retake it and it seems I still won't make it. I'm embarrassed, most especially to my parents.

Lunch with Elwin and a movie "There's Something About Mary". Romantic-comedy flick that stars Cameron Diaz and Ben Stiller, 1998. It was a good one.

I missed group study at the library 3:30pm today, and to think I was the one who suggested it. Boo! I ran out of time, I wanted to catch up with dad at home.

We bought chicken at Talamban, silvanas at Tojong St. as requested by Lola, Coffee Dream coffees (using coupons), and McD take outs as requested by my sister Holly.

Dad wasn't in a very good mood since I didn't bring the car home in time, he used the Pajero instead.

Elwin had snacks with me and my sister on the upstairs' table. And not long after that we had dinner with the family. I love it when Elwin eats with my family. :)

We watched the news at the living room (during and) after dinner. Typhoon Ondoy really did a lot of damage! Let's pray that all will be well.

Stroll Date

I woke up to Elwin's call. I waited for him to arrive and we'd have lunch here at home together. The weather wasn't looking too good, but I showered right after lunch. It took me quite a while to prepare, Elwin said he had fallen asleep from waiting for me. Sorry. x)


So it was drizzling and we rode the jeepney to SM. We got to SM at around 2pm I guess. We were to make the most out of it, we had until 4pm since I have a 4:30pm Saturday class (IT32: Logic Design).


So we went around. And I went back to check out So Fab! shoe shop. My grandmother gave me birthday money last week to buy two pairs of flats we saw at that store. I went and bought the white Fabiola flats, I didn't buy the blue one with the same design even though my grandmother gave me money for it as well. No more size 8, so I settled with size 7- satisfied!  


I had Elwin taste the ridiculously expensive hotdog sandwich from Monster Franks. I first tasted it with Mara, we shared on hotdog sandwich on Princess' graduation day. I think it was called Beef Frank, had onion, cheese, ketchup, mayo, mustard, pickle, and hot sauce. But I had my order done without pickles and mustard, extra cheese and onions. :) As expected, Elwin love it, but he hated the price though- 99php. We then walked to Taco's and I ordered a whole beef quesadillas and Elwin went at Liquidz to go buy our iced tea. :) It was a fun day just the two of us, enjoying our snacks. We clearly both missed times like that. 


After snack time, we strolled around some more. It was all about me window shopping, apparently Elwin enjoy's seeing me enjoy window shopping. Sweet! I know, right? :D I'm happy. lol. I wanted to buy some accessories, but the ones I had my eyes on were pricey. Expression of the day: "Are you kidding me?!" haha.


It was 4pm and we went on a jeepney ride to Ayala. When we got there, we had to transfer on a different ride. We got in another jeepney, one that would take me to school when Holly called, she said classes were suspended and dad was telling me to go get in a mall. We hurriedly got down from the jeepney which was about to go already. It was very windy and the weather wasn't looking good. Leaves flew pass me, others without missing my face. We got in the mall safe.


We strolled some more, and to my dismay, my classmates said classes were on. Good news: exam got moved to next week, bad news: we had an activity, no make up for that one. Boo! 

We strolled some more and I was able to buy a top from TopShop, 459php, Ewlin picked the color for me- pink. He wants me to wear the top on next Saturday's date. We also had Wild Rice. Elwin has been wanting to taste Wild Rice. We went around some more, I wanted to buy thick tights that could pass up as jeans, but I haven't found the right one yet. Elwin also tried on some gorgeous polo shirts, they didn't have his size though. I also bumped into Danica Sucalit in the dressing room. It was a bit awkward, she was carrying her baby and she kept saying to him "where's daddy? wehere's daddy?". I just heard from my dad that she now has a child (or so it's safe to assume).


Holly and dad picked us up at the Oh George pick up point. Holly had quite of a long day (afternoon), she wasn't in the best mood. x) But it was a bit funny. We gassed up and picked up mom, lola, and tita Inday from their novena thing and mass. Off to SM again for dinner at Chikaan. We saw Harrison Chiu there. It was nice to have dinner out with my family and boyfriend. :) We love the scallop at Chikaan.


After dinner, Elwin and I took a cab to McD I.T. Park to meet up with them Anne. When we got there, only Mara, Anne, and Fritz were there. Junel left to walk Princess to work. We went to La Marea for some dessert. Junel arrived after bringing Princess to work. We stayed a bit, had Brownie Cups and Sans Rival. After the chit chats we were homebound. Elwin stayed with Junel for a bit. Fritz drove Anne's car to main, to where his car was. He left with Mara and I drove Anne's car to my place.


It was a fun date with Elwin and a happy dinner with my family. It was nice seeing my friends for a bit. I am blessed, truly blessed. Thank you Lord.

So I guess the idea yesterday of napping and trying to "study" in a later time at night didn't go so well. My cousin thunder was over and brought a Season 1 Ugly Betty DVD. He stuck it in the DVD player and was playing it while using the PC. I got hooked watching it (tsk tsk. OH NO!) and so he had to go and he left the DVD behind, playing! Bad idea. So I was watching from 1 season to another. I was in bed around 2 or 3 am, but the DVD kept playing. At around 5am, I heard my yaya unlocking the door, I pretended I was sleeping. She turned off the TV and aircon, and so I finally resolved to actually sleeping.

After about an hour and a half, I got up and showered. I was feeling very light-headed, at the same time my head was also feeling kinda heavy. So I hurried to school for the 7.30am make up Physics exam. I got there and a few minutes later the teacher arrived. She seemed a bit oblivious with me showing up with my excuse letter. She said she didn't prepare a test paper so she's making me take the test next year! Wow. Good thing, cause I was no where near prepared.

IT26 exam was okay but I'm sure I took it poorly. I even fell asleep somewhere in the middle of the exam. I was also scribbling words, and when I woke up, I wondered to myself why I wrote such words down. I was so disoriented, you can say. I was the last pne to hand in the test paper! haha.

CS1278 Christmas party was a joke. No plates, no spoons, forks, and everything. I didn't each much, just a munchkin and a cup of "punch" (ice tea actually served in the big tupperware with ice and floating water) -- this "punch" was prepared in the boys CR mind you. Haha. Sir Lhar left his lappy playing Heroes Season 3. Each group brought food, but I think our was the most expensive >.< We brought spaghetti which dad delivered before class and yaya and mommy prepared last night. 135php each for our group, a group of four. But after the party no one paid me and I was too shy to ask and I just left. Hopefully tomorrow they'll pay up. Others brounght vhicharon, sandwhich, brownies, and munchkins. It wasn't much fun since I didn't really know the crowd, they were nice though.

In Ayala, I came here with lola mona but she had to go. I'm here in Netopia Ayala, right now, blogging. Oh Joy! Had nothing to really do while waiting for my mum and sister to come. They'll still be stopping by a salon. Anyhoo, I'm so tired right now. Light-headed. I have deadlines to catch for later this evening. I lack sleep. Finally school's over for this year.

Fire Happened

So the usual Sunday happened.

       I lazily got up around 10am after getting more or less 7 hours of sleep.  I stayed up late on the phone with Elwin.  I played with Miggy a bit, the birthday dog.  I took a shower and got some pretzels to go and hold off the hunger I felt.  Sacred Heart Church was packed as usual, especially since we were a few minutes late.  Right after we finished the mass we were off to Ayala, the mall place for our family.  Dad drops us off the entrance as he goes and park the car.  My sister, mother, and I- I'd like to say we're a team in this kind of thing, heads to foodchoices.  Holly goes off and looks for a table with my mom and I go line up for the ever-so-wanted lechon [CNT].  The line is usually long but not today since we arrived later than usual that others already had their orders taken and by now they were all busy eating.  Mom goes to me after they get a table.  After we order, by this time Dad's already with us.  Holly and Mom then finishes with all the other orders from other stores.  After eating mom and I went to Maze, had a phone fixed cause she'll be sending it to her brother, it took a while. 

       We headed to the Salon right after, Holly went strolling around and my Dad was off to do the groceries.  So I was sitting down, feet soaked.  Then the pedicure began.  I noticed some people were looking curiously across the glass window of the Salon, I thought at first someone fainted or something but I didn't pay too much attention to it.  I am not fond of getting into other people's business.  So after one of my foot got painted, I saw Holly starting towards me with a facial expression that seemed like she was worried or panicking.  She said that there's fire within the mall.  I saw the lady across me rushing up the manicurist to finish up while she was on the phone with whom I assume was her son/daughter.  She was asking where their child was and was saying that his/her dad was on the way with panic in her voice.  I remained calm, I thought the fire could be contained, nothing big.  Suddenly my manicurist got up, people started out the door,  I saw my mom and Holly and they gestured that we go out the door.  Outside I saw some people panic in ways I have only seen in TV.  One woman looking back and forth not knowing where to head off to.  My sister was way ahead of us, me and my mom followed behind her.  We got out at the entertainment center.  On our way out I was shaking a bit, trying so hard to contact my dad.  I finally got to reach him, he said he's in the car and trying to get out and it wasn't easy because of the traffic jam in the underground parking lot.  The first thing I did when we got out was call my boyfriend, but he didn't pick up. 

       I saw a familiar Chinese guy go out of a rad black big pick-up car.  He's last name is Tan I'm sure, he's Ahia Mark, Achie Lenlen, and Achie Dada's brother.  He hurriedly got off his ride with the fireman suite in his hand, running off inside the mall as people were hurriedly running out.  It was inspiring to see that guy, kind of made me want to be a volunteer fire woman someday, made me proud of the Filipino-Chinese people too.  My dad and I were quite sure he was a Filipino-Chinese volunteer fireman, their station located beside Cebu Cherish School near Chong Hua Hospital.  Brave people those guys.  We rode off home, me with one painted foot. 

       I guess that was not a near death experience or anything, but it sure made me feel the kind of panic you'd only see in movies.  I hope no one got hurt. 

It was not like the usual Sunday after all.

we arrived at manila round 12m and waited outside the airport of manila til 2.30am... i t opened at that tym... twas tiring... our flyt to cebooh was 5am... we reached cebooh march 22 round 6am...

back to cebooh... my home... had some shleep wd sister beside meeh since she slept on my bed... ddnt bother wakin her up to make her move... woke up after my sis pushed my shoulder coz dem anney, chique fauna, jon.noj, and kinkin had arrived from skul in their skul uniforms... we tried to get some shleep bt all we really did was close our eyes... no one really slept... then kinkin went home to change... later roubd 4 baby girl arrived with slacks, leather shoes, and a wyt t-shirt tucked in... we had our you tube fest again with lafs and screams [for the scary ones we saw.. i think it was just one scary one] the kewl one was torn being mimed or smething, that doode makin motorbike brand name sounds thinger, the grandma with the weel, and the scary car thinger... xD LOL! then kinkin came... i prepared... make up nd stuff... luy came and did my make up... after dem anney went ahead to jon.noj's place... they [the boys] were goin to fix themselves up for grad ball at his place... luy, baby girl, and i waited for shtan to arrive... wen he did my parents tuk a pic of us and we wer off... at jon.noj place... his mum and angeli his sis, prepared the corsages.. xD twas cute.. they really knew waht they were doin... wen everyone was prepared, wow! we were all in formal wear [cept anney, chiq, and luy] we were off to waterfront...

grad ball... we took lotsa pics... they went for the experince and hopefully had fun.. i dunno if they [them and der partners] were oki... bt i hope they enjoyed it... after we went to ice castle... transfered to jobido and ate with dem rosa, edge, pisses, patrice.. with the gang... after that we went home.. the car was packed nd we had so sit on each other and squish ourselves in... but it was fun that way! xD twas fun for meeh and am shur in one way or another the rest of the guys had fun... 

march 23

to manada's beach with their batch... i wasnt suppose to go bt anney wud go alone if i ddnt go.. plus she went late coz i think so that i cud go too?? well... it was ackward for meeh since pierre wasnt goin coz he went my graduation instead and plus it wasnt my batch... anyways i went... couldnt let anney down... i was there and it turned awt oki... hung out wd mikko, chiq, karen, and anney.. xD the scenery was nice... although it was weird i was the nly one not their classmate... not their ka-batch... not from thier skul... ahaha... after i got dropped off in yala and was wd my family... the ride goin to yala was tight too... the car was loaded... bt twas fun 

march 24

i drove mum to work usin the car... wd dad infront of course... woke up early coz after bringin mum to work we had to pass by somewhere and then i'd go to anney's.... i found anney awake usin the comp... after we just tokd bout stuff while she was transferin contacts to her new fone... i brought jammies to shleep agen... woke up after that anney knda packed already and already showered too... ahah! i was embarassed i wasnt able to help nd i just slept there... my shleep was good though.. twas nyc... she woke meeh up for lunch.. after that we passed by her auntie's house at lahug.. accidentally threw my fone there and scratched it coz the dog scared meeh... after we picked up chique and hung awt at my place.. soon kinkin arrived... we went to BYF... after that E4J wher i accidentally hitted anney 's hand and then she dropped her new phone.. first fall coz of meeh... i am so sreeh.. went to eat at mcdo then home... by the way.. ATE HAPPY IS PREGNANT.. weeH~ 

march 25 

hung out at anney's place after goin to skul to pick up grad pics... i got to drive the volkswagen smoothly for the first tym to anney's... stayed there and helped her packed... chatted wd jon.noj... later kinkin, jush, luy, shtan came... we crowded over the comp to view the pics from the cd i gave anney.. after kinkin left for butuan... jush left after too... shtan, luy, and i, played TWISTER wyl anney took a shower... shtan won over luy bt i won over shtan... xD LoL!! after that dad came.. anney's ama wanted to know my dad... they toked... twas scary or smething we [shtan, luy, and i.. maybe my dad too] wasnt used too.. xD bt i know she [ama] meant well.. dropped shtan and luy at jobido... anney came wd meeh and my fam to eat at matia's... yum yum!  after dropped anney home and we too went home...

march 26

saw lotsa ppl in ayala today.. one guy who used to be my classmate back when we were grade two and another guy who was my classmate back when we were grade 5... daddy said he'd pay for my registration fee to fresh fire... whoopaH! and we saw e4j ppl too..  also had a weird encounter with a cream silk lady by the grocery trying to make meeh audition for the local endorser thinger... i said i ddnt want ot she insisted and i called mum for help bt she just laffed and i saw other ppl laffin too... i guess twas funny how i was resisting? twas embarassing.. ahaha! she made meeh go in the place covered with cloth with a guy and a video cam.. made meeh say stuff... and all along there was a tV outside where ppl cud see meeh...  EMBARASSING! eeK!!! who cares T.T those guys dunt know meeh... after grocery.. ate at red ribbon.. went to kuma's place... then to AA's where ppl from US wud have dinner with us... they went to our house too.. after they left i chatted and here i am bloggin... 

i just blogged since i wanted to remember those times... xD i have to burn SHARE cDs now. T.T i regret applying for SHARE yearbuk thinger.. i ddnt think i'd get accepted nyways.. ahah i always applu but never get accepted... nyways... gotta burn dem.. read bible.. go to shleep... still have to go to skul tom 8am *sigh* hope the job won't be too hard... xD God will help us.. i know! God bless us all! buhbye!
